Alumni Gives Back To Comprehensive High School Oye Ekiti

The Old students association of Saint Augustine’s Comprehensive High School Oye Ekiti in Oye Local Government Area of Ekiti State has handed over a hybrid library to the State Government,in the school
as a means of giving back to their Alma mater that made them.

The project donated by chevron and NNPC was facilitated by one of the alumnus of the school Mr.Olu Ogunmoyin to give the school a face lift and enhance its Educational development.

The alumnus of the school who were present at the official opening of the library and those who joined virtually were excited with the project which they believe will improve teaching and learning in the school.

Inaugurating the project, commissioner for Education represented by the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry, Dr Folakemi Olomojobi,commended the Alumni for supporting the vision of the present government in terms of providing e-learning for the students in the state for them to be in tandem with global standard of learning.

President Alumni of SACHOS Alumni worldwide, Dr.Vincent Bamigboye in a message at the event thanked the donors for the initiative which he said would add value to the education standard of the school and project better future for the students.
He called on the State Government to post computer Teachers and Librarian to the school for proper utilisation that will be of great benefits to the students.

President Oye Progressive Union, Chief Oniyelu Bola said the community will ever be grateful for all the efforts of SACHOS Alumni for the betterment of the younger ones
