According to the Daily Mail, Manchester City is set to offer Riyad Mahrez a new contract after the winger played a key role in the club’s Premier League-winning campaign.

Since moving to the Etihad from Leicester, Mahrez has won two Premier League titles and an FA Cup.

Last season, he also assisted Pep Guardiola’s side in reaching the Champions League final, where they lost 1-0 to Chelsea.

Meanwhile, the Sun on Sunday reports that Chelsea will make a £50 million bid for Bayern Munich’s Robert Lewandowski after failing to sign Erling Haaland from Borussia Dortmund.

Last season, the 32-year-old netted 48 goals in 40 games for the Bundesliga champions.
